Domenii de interes: istoria filosofiei medievale, studiul manuscriselor ebraice și latine, istoria textelor

Ioana Curuț este cercetător cu dublă-specializare: licență, masterat, doctorat în Filosofie (Universitatea Babeș-Bolyai) și licență în Studii iudaice-Latină (Universitatea din București). Cercetările sale reflectă o abordare interculturală prin studiul manuscriselor filosofice medievale (cu precădere sec. XIV-XV) în grafie latină și ebraică. A colaborat la multiple proiecte de cercetare (Altavilla, THESIS-ERC, DEBATE-ERC, RISE, NOTA-ERC). În prezent derulează propriul proiect RABY, pentru care a obținut în 2023 certificatul Seal of Excellence în competiția Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA).
